Refund Policy

 Should you find any problem with your order, kindly inform us within 24 hours as most our products are perishable. Replacement or refund will be given subjects to cases. Complaint received after 24 hours will not be entertained.


 Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days had gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Several types of goods are exempted from being returned i.e. perishable goods such as fruits, fresh cold pressed juices, etc. 

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

 Product with obvious signs of use 

 Product that has been opened 

 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

 To return your product, you should send your product to: No. 9G, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah E9/E, Seksyen 9 Shah Alam, 40100 Selangor.

Refunds (if applicable)

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 If approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and non-perishable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill up the Return form and send your item to: No. 9G, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah E9/E, Seksyen 9 Shah Alam, 40100 Selangor.

Delivery Failure

 If any delivery failed due to wrong address input or recipient unavailability, we reserve the right to charge additional RM15 to re-deliver. There will be no refund if order cancelled. If re-delivery was made the next day, we shall replace the perishable items accordingly at our discretion and replacement will be charged appropriately.

Delivery Policy

 Delivery service covers most of the hospitals in Klang Valley for FREE and we do offer same day delivery. Same day delivery order must be made between 8:30am – 5:30pm (Malaysian Time – GMT +8.00). Orders made out of 8:30am – 5:30pm (Malaysian Time – GMT +8.00) will be delivered next day.

 Additional RM30 will be charged if order was required to deliver within 2 hours yet order made between 8:30am – 5:30pm (Malaysian Time – GMT +8.00). Normal delivery time is 8:30am – 8:30pm.
