Simply go to the Order Tracking page (www.meow-meow.com.my/track-order) by clicking the “Track” button in the header of Meow website. You would be able to see the order status by keying in your order number as well as contact number.

Simply logon to www.meow-meow.com.my and shop for the categories & products based on preferences & budget. Order remark and greeting message can be inserted right before checking out. SHIPPING INFORMATION
What to do when i have several receivers at the same location?
In such case, you can still purchase all the product with just a single transaction. And each recipient’s name, recipient’s contact number, receiving product & greeting message must be stated clearly in the Order Remark. However, you are advised to make separate transaction for each recipient to possibly avoid human error.
What to do when i have several receivers at different locations?
You can only make separate transaction for each recipient with respective location in this situation. Only through this way you can have your products successfully delivered to them & check each order status accurately.

Can I change the delivery location or the delivery date after payment done?
Kindly SMS/Whatsapp to +6019-557 1849 or send email to contact@meowmeow.com.my to possibly change your delivery location or delivery date. As long as the purchased product is not out for delivery yet, delivery location & delivery date can be changed accordingly. However, should the purchased product is out for delivery & delivery location/date needed to be changed, redelivery fee will be charged accordingly.
Can I order on the same day and get it on the same day?
Absolutely YES. Meow Meow offers SAME DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY for FREE. All orders are supported with free same day express delivery as long as the orders come in before 5:30pm. If the delivery location was office place, orders must be made before 1pm to have them delivered on the same day.
Can I choose a specific delivery timing or delivery date?
Absolutely YES. You may select any specific delivery date at Step 4 after checking out and write down preferred delivery timing via Order Remark. A minimum of 4 hours is normally required to have your product delivered after payment done.
Raining / Hot weather ruined my delivery!
Unfortunately Meow Meow did not have the chance to recruit supernatural talents into the logistic team and Meow Meow can’t control Malaysia’s tropical weather for the moment. Under extreme weather condition, there is a tiny bit of chance our logistic team might not be able to deliver the gift box in time. However, logistic team will get in touch with recipients accordingly and does the best to deliver the gift boxes as soon as possible to their destinations.
What is the cut off time for same day delivery?
Do you deliver on Sunday and Public Holiday?
Meow Meow provides delivery services everyday (including same day express delivery), EXCEPT every Sunday and Public Holidays.
How do you charge delivery?
Delivery service is absolutely FREE. Furthermore, same day express delivery is absolutely FREE as well. Moreover, all gift boxes come with FREE sleek utensil set, FREE serviette and FREE heartwarming greeting card.

REFUND INFORMATION
When can I request for a refund?
Under unlikely circumstances whereby recipients don’t receive the gift boxes or there is any issue with the amount charged, a whopping 24 hours will be given to customers to file a report upon payment made or upon delivery (depends on cases) via SMS/Whatsapp or email.
How refund is done?
Upon receiving message/email from customers regarding refund, our PR team will acknowledge & reply right away. Necessary investigation will be carried out accordingly and refund will be made within 3 working days upon refund approval.
How long does refund process take?
Typically, the entire process take within 5 working days starting from Meow Meow receiving message/email regarding refund to customers receiving refund.
